P,  TED 4/22/2015 0 service visit I came in looking to have a tire changed. I purchased the tire on my own and they were able to change it on the spot in 25min. Mike in the service department was very nice and helpful with all of the questions I had. Its tells alot about a place when your taking care of the little things in a great way. I will be back!

W,  Joe 3/16/2015 0 service visit I want to thank Ben, for going the extra mile. He had the tech pull a fairing that I had ordered and came in while my bike was in the shop. The Tech opened the part and made sure that no extra hole needed to be drilled in the fairing before i had it painted. This was all done prior to my arrival to pick up my bike. Thanks Ben.

S,  Jim 7/9/2014 0 SERVICE Very good job of diagnostics. I have an electrical issue. The normal procedure is to begin replacing parts per the service manual. Instead, one of the mechanics were good enough to take parts off his bike and use them as test parts. This saved me a lot of money. I decided to complete the job myself but I was grateful for their effort.

My sales guy did an excellent job explaining all of what Don and Roy''s had to offer me and showed me what scooters would fit my needs most. He then showed me all the protective gear I could choose from! Once I was approved Chris was very patient while I figured my insurance info out and even took the time to get me my paperwork that my insurance rep sent him during the bike night festivities!!I really enjoyed that I felt like a valued customer, I even had another employee that I wasn''t even working with approach me at bike night and asked how I was liking my scooter! I was very impressed by that! Overall my experience was wonderful and I am extremely happy with my Honda! I would and will recommend Don and Roy''s to friends and family!! Thanks so much to my sales guy(so sorry I can''t remember his name, younger guy) and Chris for helping me out!
I,  DENNIS 5/23/2014 0 SERVICE VISIT Frankly, I have had nothing but good experiences here. Primarily, I bring my purchased-elsewhere 1995 Honda 250 Nighthawk here for servicing. They know my name when I walk in. The maintenance has always been timely with no cost surprises. When there have been issues, my options have always been clearly and fairly presented. I have also purchased bike accessories and have had the same good experience with that. They have even towed me in with a trailer within an hour or so. To me, that's good service

We shopped around central WI from Milwaukee to Stevens Point and concluded that the best buying experience would be at Don & Roy''s. Chris made the paperwork fairly quick and painless, too. I was getting late coming from IL to pick up my V-max and the whole team stayed after hours to help me get prepared: showed me the bike, and helped to choose gear and answered all my questions. Big thanks to Chris from financing. He stayed with me afterwards and spent an hour with me showing the fuel station and then Hertz location to drop off my car and then gave me a ride back to the bike. Really appreciate all his help. And other employee - a young guy, I think his name was Joe (?) - he did briefing and then also helped me with the gear.

SCHINNER,  JEFF 4/3/2004 2006 Honda TRX450R (Kick Start) I built this 2006 TRX 450R from the ground up using most of the after market parts I had on my 2004. The rebuild included a new frame, motor(including converting an electirc start to a kick start), and entire intake. Needless to say it was quite a project. I couldn't have done this without the expertise of the Don & Roy's parts and service departments. Their dedication to complete customer satisfaction is greatly appreciated. This is why I've been a satisfied customer for over 20 years. Highly recommmended for all of your motorsport needs.
